Autres points forts :
10 min en bus de la gare de Melun (25 min de Paris gare de Lyon avec la ligne R qui est assez régulière et rapide).

Arrêt de bus en bas de l’immeuble (et passage assez régulier voire tous les 10min). Grand parking pour se garer gratuitement en bas et un paysage magnifique.

Appartement situé au 5ème étage avec ascenseur, entièrement refait et équipé, mobilier neuf. Terrasse pour les beaux jours 😉😊🤩

Il est composé de 6 chambres comprenant 1 lit (2 places 140×190), bureau avec chaise, dressing et réfrigérateur. La chambre est entièrement équipée (couette, draps, oreiller : tout est neuf).
