Je loue mon studio au rez-de-chaussée d'un un petit immeuble de 2 étages en plein cœur du vieil Antibes. Les deux autres logements de cet immeuble sont également loués par des étudiants SKEMA.

Gare sncf 10 min à pieds, gare routière 3 min à pieds.

Studio totalement meublé et équipé, tv, internet haut débit, climatisation réversible

Une laverie est présent à quelques dizaines de mètres du logement.

Rez de chaussée , situé en face de la gendarmerie d’Antibes.

Le tarif mensuel comprend la connexion internet, l’eau froide et les charges d’immeuble.
L’électricité sera à la charge de l’étudiant.
