Chaque appartement a sa propre buanderie. Séjour avec canapé système rapido Queen Size, 160 cm avec un matelas très confortable et épais, TV Internet et coin repas - Loyer : (charges immeuble comprises) + provisions pour charges EDF Eau Internet (régularisation en fin d'année selon consommation) L'appartement sera libre à partir du 1er septembre - Bail étudiant d'une durée maximale de 9 mois avec possibilité de prolonger un mois de plus - Appartement non fumeur et pas d'animaux
