L'appartement est composé d'une salle à vivre avec coin bureau, lit escamotable de très bonne qualité (dimension 120/200), coin détente avec méridienne, d'une grande cuisine intégralement aménagée et équipée, d'une salle de douche à l'italienne avec toilettes et d'un hall d'entrée. L'ensemble est clair et décoré avec goût.

Consommation d'électricité:

De Mai à Octobre: 45€ mensuel sont inclus dans le loyer, au delà le surplus est à la charge du locataire.
De Novembre à Avril: 100€ mensuel sont inclus dans le loyer, au delà le surplus est à la charge du locataire (facture d'électricité consultable par le locataire).

Le dépôt de garantie de 780€ sera demandé le jour de la remise des clés.
Une participation aux frais de ménage sera déduite du dépôt de garantie au moment de la sortie des lieux.

L'assurance «By Studapart» est obligatoire ( à souscrire au moment de la réservation).

La «Garantie Studapart loyers impayés» est aussi obligatoire.

VERY NICE APARTMENT
Spacious and comfortable, FOR ONE STUDENT ONLY, in a quiet building, 10' from the Promenade des Anglais, 5' from tram line 2, 10' from line 1, and 10' from the central station. The airport is 25’ away (direct tram).

10 minutes on foot from SUP DE COM, IDRAC Business School and ILERI (Free Institute for the Study of International Relations), 20' from the University of Letters and 25' by tram from the major business schools and other universities.

The apartment is made up of a living room with office area, very good quality retractable bed (size 120/200), relaxation area with chaise longue, a large fully fitted and equipped kitchen, a walk-in shower room with toilet and an entrance hall. The whole is bright and tastefully decorated.

ALL LINEN PLUS BLANKETS AND PLAIDS ARE PROVIDED.

INTERNET WITH FIBER WATER AND ELECTRICITY AND OTHER CHARGES INCLUDED IN THE RENT.

ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION:

From May to October: €45 monthly is included in the rent, beyond that the surplus is the responsibility of the tenant.
From November to April: €100 monthly is included in the rent, beyond that the surplus is the responsibility of the tenant (electricity bill viewable by the tenant).

The security deposit of €780 will be requested on the day of handing over the keys.
A contribution to cleaning costs will be deducted from the security deposit when leaving the premises.

“By Studapart” insurance is mandatory (to be taken out at the time of booking).

The “Studapart Unpaid Rent Guarantee” is also mandatory.
