La pièce principale comprend une cuisine américaine neuve et entièrement équipée (plaques de cuisson vitrocéramique, réfrigérateur, micro-onde, bouilloire, cafetière et tout le nécessaire de cuisine) ouvrant sur le séjour où un clic-clac grand confort offre deux couchages. Ambiance 100% niçoise avec ses immeubles colorés, la ravissante Place GARIBALDI et ses arcades (XVIIIe siècle), le Port avec ses traditionnels bateaux de pêche colorés "Les Pointus" côtoyant les yachts des milliardaires.

A 10 minutes à pied de la Promenade des Anglais, 15 minutes des plages et de la Vieille Ville.
A 30 minutes de la gare et de l'aéroport.
