L’appartement est pensé, entièrement meublé et équipé pour la colocation.

Particulier propose une chambre en colocation dans un appartement en duplex, lumineux, refait à neuf, meublé et équipé dans une résidence calme.

ll est situé à 15 minutes en bus de l’Université de Pau et des grandes écoles (5 arrêts avec la ligne 13) ou sinon 8 minutes en vélo.
Une épicerie de quartier est à 2 minutes à pied, une pharmacie à 5 minutes à pied également.

L’appartement se compose de 5 chambres et de grands espaces communs avec rangements.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée (four, four micro-ondes, plaque induction, lave-vaisselle, frigo et congélateur, cafetière Senseo, bouilloire, grille pain, toute la vaisselle et nécessaire de cuisine) et ouverte sur la pièce de vie avec un grand balcon. Le tout faisant 40 m².
Le salon possède une TV de 140 cm - 4K, une barre de son Samsung, une imprimante /scanner jet d’encre Epson et un billard américain.

Connexion internet en WiFi partout dans l’appartement (Fibre Orange).

Un grand placard sous l’escalier permet de créer un grand espace de rangement (fer à repasser, table à repasser, aspirateur, étendoir, matériel ménager et outils de bricolage de secours).
Les 5 chambres sont entièrement équipées (lit, armoire, chaise et bureau, table de chevet, lampes). Les lits sont prêts (oreiller, taie d’oreiller, drap housse, housse de couette, couette), ils n’attendent plus que vous !
Chaque chambre possède son propre balcon.

2 salles d’eau sont équipées pour votre confort - douches à l’italienne, sèche cheveux et serviettes de bain compris. Gain de temps et flexibilité entre les colocataires assurés.

Un espace de lavage dans lequel vous trouverez une machine à laver et un sèche linge vous attend.

Les 2 WC sont séparés (un par étage).

L’appartement possède une cave et un garage à vélo.

Le ménage des parties communes de l’appartement (cuisine, salon, sdb, couloir, WC) est offert une fois par mois.

Nombre d’occupant limité à 5 personnes. La location d’une chambre est destinée à une personne.
Les couples ne sont pas autorisés.
Nos amis les animaux ne sont pas admis dans l’appartement pour une question d’hygiène.
L’appartement est non fumeur.
Le balcon pourra servir pour fumer si besoin.

Toutes les charges sont comprises dans votre forfait (Eau, Electricité, Gaz - Chauffage, Internet) : 50 Euros de charges par chambre.
Caution : 700 euros.

Location en direct, pas de frais d’agence.
