A louer en COLOCATION: 2 chambre libre sur 4 chambres, dans un 5 pièces rénové et bien équipé. Parfait pour des étudiant(e)s ou jeune actifs.
2 chambres occupées par des étudiants.
Important : Me contacter uniquement si vous êtes intéressé pour louer rapidement. Je ne prends pas de réservation pour la rentrée de Septembre.

Situation :
Parfaitement situé, proche de l'université, à 2mn à pied de l'entrée sud, il est dans un environnement calme. Un petit centre commercial est situé juste à coté où vous trouverez un carrefour Market, une boulangerie et un restaurant Thai entre autre. Un grand centre commercial Leclerc avec sa galerie commerciale et ses fast food (Mac Do, Burger King, K2FC) est lui à 15 mn à pied. Enfin, vous pourrez vous rendre au centre ville de Pau avec le Febus en 10 mn avec un arrêt à 3 mn à pied de l'appartement.

Chambres :
Toutes les chambres se composent d’un lit simple, d’une table de chevet, d’un bureau avec sa chaise ainsi que d’une armoire. Oreiller, couette et drap sont fournis. Vous n'avez plus qu'à vous poser.

Parties communes et équipements :
- Le salon spacieux et lumineux avec un canapé-lit, une table basse, une TV, un meuble TV, une bibliothèque et une table à manger avec chaises.
- La cuisine séparée avec des plaques de cuisson, une hotte, un four, un lave-vaisselle, un réfrigérateur, un congélateur, une machine à café et une table avec chaises. La vaisselle est bien fournie pour vous permettre de vous sentir chez vous.
- La buanderie-Cellier attenant à la cuisine avec le lave-linge, le sèche-linge, un micro-onde, un placard de rangement et des étagères.
- Deux salles de bain composées d’une douche, d’un meuble vasque avec rangements, d’un porte-serviette électrique. L’une d’elles dispose de WC. Les seconds WC sont indépendants.
- L’entrée possède un meuble à chaussures et patères et deux grands placards dans les couloirs permettent de stocker des éléments communs : aspirateurs, fer à repasser.
- Le balcon traverse l’une des chambres et le salon.

- La grande cave permettra de stocker du surplus.
- Ascenseur et Interphone
- L’eau chaude et le chauffage par le sol sont collectifs
- L’internet fibre (Wifi) est inclus dans la prestation.
- Parking libre et gratuit au pied de l’immeuble.
