On vous propose de louer une de ces belles chambres dans une colocation de 8 personnes. Idéalement situé à deux pas du centre-ville et 5 minutes en vélo de l'UTC, avec toutes les lignes de bus (gratuites à Compiègne) à proximité. Elle conviendra aussi bien aux étudiants qu'aux jeunes actifs
Chaque chambre est entièrement meublée, avec lit, bureau, armoire, commodes. Toutes les chambres disposent de leur salle de bain et toilettes privées. Nous vous fournissons également le linge de lit (housse de couette, drap, linge de lit, alèse) ainsi qu'un kit vaisselle. Une femme de ménage passe toutes les semaines dans les parties communes et tous les 15 jours dans les chambres, lors de son passage elle vous remets du linge de lit propre.
La cuisine est commune et dispose de tout le nécessaire (four, frigo, plaques, table, chaises, rangement, lave-vaisselle et machine à laver)
Le prix indiqué comprend l'eau, le chauffage et internet. Les chambres sont éligibles aux APL.
