Idéalement situé à 5 minutes en vélo de l'UTC, de nombreuses places de parking sont disponibles devant le logement avec également un accès facile aux zones commerciales.
Le prix est toutes charges comprises (eau, électricité, chauffage, internet + une aide au ménage toutes les 2 semaines). La chambre est éligible aux APL, bail individuel sans clause de solidarité.
