Entièrement rénovée, les chambres sont de 13 à 28m².
Les chambres disposent des équipements suivants : lit 140x200, bureau, penderie, douche, lavabo,wc, porte avec serrure 3 points, étendoir individuel.

Les parties communes sont composées d’un salon de 30m² avec canapé, TV, rangements. Dans l’entrée chacun aura sa zone de rangement.
Il y a également 1 buanderie avec sèche linge, lave linge, aspirateur, fer à repasser, matériels d’entretien,...
La cuisine est elle composée de tous les ustensiles vaisselles, 2 frigos, four, micro-ondes, bouilloire, cafetière, grille pain,... avec sa table à manger spacieuse. Vous disposerez de votre propre placard individuel de rangement.

Charges forfaitaires comprenant eau électricité chauffage, internet fibre, abonnement tv et taxes ordures ménagères ainsi que le ménage des parties communes 1 fois par mois.
