La Coloc du Coq date de 1871. Elle garde de cette époque de grands volumes, de belles hauteurs sous plafond et un certain charme avec ses cheminées en marbre, ses placards intégrés, son grand escalier et ses parquets.

Les pièces sont très lumineuses, grâce aux hautes fenêtres, aux dômes ouvrants de la cuisine et à la grande baie vitrée qui donne sur le jardin orienté sud-ouest.

Détente assurée dans le séjour, lumineux, chaleureux et pratique avec ses grands placards intégrés. Et désormais, avec un billard pour occuper vos longues soirées d'hiver entre amis !

La grande cuisine, toute équipée, avec four, four à micro-ondes, plaque vitrocéramique, vaisselle et nombreux ustensiles de cuisine permet de cuisiner et partager ses repas de façon conviviale sur la grande table carrée.

L’arrière-cuisine accueille un très grand frigo, un très grand congélateur, et un lave-vaisselle.
Vous y trouverez aussi une table à repasser et un fer à repasser, et de nombreux rangements.

Une pièce dans l’entrée permet de ranger vélos et trottinettes.
