La résidence est très calme et dispose d’un parking et d'un grand jardin. Les parties communes (Hall d'entrée et escalier) ont été repeintes l’été 2017. Les paliers sont encours de peinture début 2024. L’appartement, très lumineux est au 1er étage sans ascenseur. Tous les murs et plafonds de l’appartement ont aussi été repeints en 2017. Toutes les fenêtres de l'appartement ont été remplacées en octobre 2023 (sauf celle de la chambre 2 changée précédemment).
La cuisine refaite et équipée à neuf en 2017. Elle comprend un lave-vaisselle, une plaque à induction, une hotte, un four à micro-onde, un frigo et un congélateur et des placard intégrés. La salle de bain comprend un ballon d’eau chaude et une machine lavante séchante neufs, installés en 2017. Un nouveau meuble de salle de bain comprenant un nouveau lavabo a été installé fin 2023, mais la cabine de douche et les murs de la salle de bain sont défraichis. Les charges comprennent l’eau chaude, l’électricité, le chauffage collectif, internet haut débit par la fibre.

La chambre n°1 exposée plein ouest donne sur le jardin de la résidence.
La chambre n°1 comprend une grande armoire, un lit double de 160 cm x 200 cm, une table et une lampe de chevet, un bureau et une chaise de bureau ainsi qu’une lampe de bureau.

La chambre n°2 est la plus petite, 9m² mais la plus charmante avec son balcon exposé plein est, donnant sur le parking de la résidence.

La chambre n°3, exposée plein est, donne sur le parking de la résidence. Elle comprend : une grande penderie, un lit double de 130 cm x 200 cm, une table et une lampe de chevet, un bureau et une chaise de bureau ainsi qu’une lampe de bureau. Une des portes de la penderie est difficile à manœuvrer.
