LOCALISATION : La résidence est située à Villejuif, au sud de Paris, à 5min à pied de la station de METRO M14 L'Häy-Les roses, 15min de la station de METRO M7 Villejuif- Louis Aragon . La résidence est également desservie par les lignes de BUS 131 (Porte d’Italie en 25 min), ligne 286 (Antony RER B en moins de 30 min) ainsi que les lignes V7 et V2 (gratuites). Station Vélib à moins de 100 m.

TYPE DE BAIL : C'est un bail individuel, sans clause de solidarité entre les colocataires pour le paiement du loyer (loyer individualisé).

APL : Appartement éligible aux allocations logement. Le montant de l'allocation dépends de votre situation personnelle.
