Il comprend une belle cuisine équipée, une salle de bain aménagée, des toilettes séparées et trois chambres. Il est entièrement composé de fenêtres à double vitrage. Il se situe dans une résidence sécurisée avec Vigik et interphone. Idéal pour étudiants ou jeunes actifs.

Localisation : La résidence est située à Villejuif, au sud de Paris, à 5 min à pied de la station de métro L'Häy-Les-Roses (Ligne 14), à 15min à pied de la station de métro Villejuif- Louis Aragon (Ligne 7). La résidence est également desservie par les lignes de Bus 131 (Porte d’Italie en 25 min), ligne 286 (Antony RER B en moins de 30 min) ainsi que les lignes V7 et V2 (gratuites). Station Vélib à moins de 100 m.

La partie privative du logement :
Le logement est constitué d'une chambre entièrement meublée et équipée (lit, espace de travail, espace de rangement, chaise, luminaires, drap fournis...) d'une superficie de 11 m² et disposant d'une annexe privative (0,5m²)


NB : Le loyer TTC (Toutes Charges Comprises) inclus un forfait de charges (charges communes, eau froide, eau chaude, électricité, gaz, internet, chauffage, assurance habitation, ascenseur, charges d’entretien et de ménage des parties communes, gardiennage...)

• La salle de bain est aménagée avec une belle douche à l’italienne carrelée et un meuble-vasque suspendu.

Caution : Une caution solidaire est requise pour chaque locataire (un garant résident en France et gagnant minimum 3 fois le loyer TTC ou une caution de type VISALE et Studapart sont acceptées). Le dossier du garant à transmettre doit contenir les pièces justificatives suivantes (la copie est à fournir dans le dossier et les originaux seront présentés lors du rendez-vous) : Lettre d’engagement du garant, Pièce d’Identité en cours de validité, Justificatif de domicile, Justificatifs de situation professionnelle, Justificatifs de ressources.

Type de bail : C'est un bail unique, sans clause de solidarité entre les colocataires (loyer individualisé).

Aide au logement : Appartement éligible aux allocations logement, une demande peut être faite par le locataire auprès de la CAF du Val de Marne. Le montant dépends de votre situation personnelle.

Dépôt de garantie: Un dépôt d’un montant égal à 2 mois de loyers Hors Charges sera demandé à l’entrée dans les lieux. Il sera conservé par le bailleur et restitué au locataire en fin de contrat s’il a respecté ses obligations.
