Situé à Nîmes centre, je loue 3 chambres en colocation dans un appartement au 7ème étage « sans vis à vis ».

L'appartement qui vient juste d'être refait à neuf est entièrement meublé et équipé spécialement pour la vie en colocation. Vous n'avez qu'à venir avec vos valises ! ;)

✨ Caractéristiques du bien :

Chaque chambre bénéficie d'une très belle luminosité. Elles sont équipées de :
- Un lit double (literie complète : matelas, couette, oreiller, draps), 1 chaise, 1 chevet, 1 dressing, 1 bureau, 1 chaise de bureau, etc.

L'appartement comprend un séjour confortable avec une TV 100", Internet ultra-rapide (Fibre), un canapé et plusieurs fauteuils. La cuisine est toute équipée avec 2 frigos, four, lave-vaisselle, four micro-onde, cafetière, bouilloire, vaisselle, casseroles, table, chaises...).

L'appartement comprend également une salle de bain et une cabine de douche séparée (exclusive pour les locataires de la chambre double). Un lave-linge et un sèche-linge sont aussi disponibles dans le cellier qui a été spécialement aménagée et qui se trouve collé à la porte d'entre de l'appartement).

L'appartement dispose d'une vue imprenable sur la ville de Nîmes. Le chauffage Radiateur/Collectif viennent compléter ce bien en parfait état.

Bref, l'appartement a été refait à neuf spécifiquement pour la colocation pour permettre à chacun de bénéficier de son propre confort sans gêner les autres.
