Je propose à la location un appartement entièrement équipé et rénové route d'Uzès. Proche des universités, de l'INSPE, des locaux de la légion étrangère. Un arrêt de bus est disponible à 50m de l'appartement. Il est facile de s'y garer. Une femme de ménage vient nettoyer les parties communes tous les 15 jours environ.
L'appartement dispose de 4 chambres, Toutes les chambres sont équipées d'un dressing aménagé, d'un lit double, d'une table et d'une chaise, ainsi que d'une télévision.

L'appartement est composée également de deux salles d'eau ainsi que d'un WC indépendant.
La cuisine ouverte sur le séjour offre un grand espace avec une climatisation réversible. La cuisine est composée de grands espaces de rangements, suffisants pour 4 colocataires, avec un frigo/congélateur, une hotte aspirante, un lave-vaisselle, des plaques de cuisson et un four.
