Très jolie colocation de deux chambres, refait à neuf en juillet 2022 en hyper-centre de Nancy.

Situé en plein coeur de l'hyper-centre de Nancy, à 5 minutes à pied de la Place Stanislas, à 5 minutes à de la gare de Nancy et à 8 minutes à pied de la Fac de Droit. 

Chacune des chambres est équipée d'un lit double, un bureau, une penderie, une télévision et d'une salle de bain privative.

Une cuisine séparée est entièrement équipée avec également machine à laver et sèche linge. Le salon est meublé et décoré avec gout.

Loyer CC : 500 € par colocataire (Loyer 440 € + 60€ de provisions sur charges qui correspond à l'eau froide, chauffage, internet et électricité)
