Bonjour à tous,

Les travaux de mon appartement sont enfin terminés! Je suis heureux de pouvoir vous proposer une colocation pour 3 personnes.

Dans un immeuble au plein centre de Nancy (à côté de l'église St Nicolas), loue 3 chambres en colocation dans un appartement de 82M² situé au rez-de-chaussée.

L'appartement est entièrement meublé.

Les chambres bénéficient d'une belle luminosité. Les chambres sont équipées d'un lit (literie complète : matelas, couette, oreiller, draps) + chevet + armoire + bureau + chaise de bureau.

L'appartement comprend un séjour de 24m² avec salon, TV, internet, Netflix, cuisine américaine (toute équipée : frigo, four, lave-vaisselle, micro-onde, lave-linge, vaisselle, casseroles, table + 4 chaises…)

L'appartement comprend également une salle de bain avec vasque et douche italienne. Les WC avec lave-mains sont séparés de la salle de bains.

Bref, l'appartement est refait à neuf spécifiquement pour la colocation pour permettre à chacun de bénéficier de son propre confort sans gêner les autres. Chaque chambre dispose d'une porte avec serrure individuelle!

Situation de l'appartement :
A 400 mètres de l'appartement, vous avez deux carrefour city qui ferme tard le soir (pour les courses de dernière minute) et aussi un lidl à 300 mètres.

A quelques mètre de l'immeuble, des restaurants avec menu à volonté pour les grosses faims...

L'appartement est à 5 minutes à pied du plein centre de Nancy avec accès à tous les transports en commun.

L'immeuble ne compte que 3 appartements sur 2 étages. Il est donc calme et sécurisé.
