Pour les frileux, sachez que le chauffage électrique à inertie sèche est très performant et inclus dans les charges forfaitaires. Vous n'aurez donc pas de facture surprise à la fin de l'année. Pas plus que de facture d'eau ou d'électricité : tout est inclus. Comme à l'hôtel.
