Situé au 5ème et dernier étage d’un immeuble refait à neuf, avec ascenseur, il est baigné de lumière grâce à son orientation plein sud. Entre la climatisation, le balcon avec vue imprenable sur Notre-Dame de la Garde, et des espaces modernes et confortables, c’est l’endroit rêvé pour poser tes valises.

Dès l’entrée, l’ambiance chaleureuse est là. Tu arrives dans un grand espace qui dessert une cuisine ouverte équipée comme un chef, parfaite pour cuisiner ou improviser des apéros. Le salon spacieux te promet des moments chill ou des soirées conviviales, avec un accès direct au balcon pour profiter du soleil et de la vue. Une petite salle de jeu t’attend aussi pour des parties endiablées ou juste un moment de fun entre potes.

Côté nuit, l’appartement propose six chambres, chacune avec son propre atout. Trois d’entre elles disposent de leur salle de bain privée, pour un confort ultime, et les trois autres ont un accès direct au balcon.
