L'appartement est confortable, il est doté d'une grande pièce à vivre avec canapé, table basse et TV, d'une cuisine entièrement équipée (lave-vaisselle, four, micro-ondes, machine à expresso, bouilloire, lave linge) avec un cellier attenant à la cuisine, 2 salles de bain, 2 balcons et 4 chambres.
Chaque chambre dispose d'un lit, d'un bureau, lampe de bureau, lampe de chevet et un grand dressing particulièrement pratique.
La résidence est calme (idéal pour les études), arborée avec un parking gratuit au pied de l'immeuble et dispose de commerces de proximité (boulangerie, boucherie, pizzeria, superette, pharmacie, coiffeur...), elle est très bien entretenue et dispose d'une entrée sécurisée avec un interphone.
A 10 mn à pied de la fac de Médecine Charles Mérieux LYON SUD, LYCEE ST THOMAS D'AQUIN, IFCS CLEMENCEAU, de l'université Claude Bernard, du CHU LYON SUD, Ecole MEDIPLUS (prépa études médicales) et du centre ville d'Oullins.
Bus 88 (ligne régulière desservant la gare, le métro...) au pied de l'immeuble.
