Résidence Montmein, paisible et arborée, très bien entretenue, avec gardien, places de stationnement en bas de l'immeuble et commerces (boulangerie, boucherie, épicerie, pharmacie, pizzeria, coiffeur...), entrée sécurisée avec interphone.

L'appartement est confortable, clair et lumineux, meublé et décoré avec goût, très bien équipé.

Cette chambre est libre.

CHAMBRE 3: lit en 140 x 200 (sommier à lattes et matelas qualité hôtelière, surmatelas, couette et deux oreillers), un bureau avec fauteuil à roulettes, une bibliothèque, un grand dressing fermé par un rideau, une grande fenêtre avec volet roulant, lampe de bureau et lampes de chevet. Cette chambre possède un balcon avec vue. Cette chambre est occupée par Kristia, étudiante en Master 2 de Management en opérations cliniques.

Toutes les chambres sont équipées à neuf (mobilier et literie).

Charges (provision) : par chambre, comprenant le chauffage, l'électricité, l'eau froide et chaude, internet (fibre), la taxe "ordures ménagères", entretien de l'immeuble.
