3 chambres (3/3) disponibles dans cet bel appartement traversant de 75m² de très haut standing et entièrement équipé. Idéal pour un étudiant ou une étudiante, ou un(e) jeune actif(ve).

L'appartement sera disponible à partir du 1er novembre. Il se trouve au 4ème et dernier étage, avec une vue panoramique sur la ville du Mans.

Idéalement placé au 128 Rue Ambroise Paré, vous avez un accès rapide :

Au Carrefour City à 6 min à pied.
À la pharmacie à 1 min à pied.
À la gare à 15 min à pied.
Au centre-ville à 20 min à pied.
À l'université du Mans à 20 min en bus+tramway.
L'arrêt du bus Bourges se trouve juste en bas de l'immeuble.

Le logement est entièrement meublé et équipé :

Cuisine : Lave-vaisselle, machine à laver, sèche-linge, four, micro-onde, frigo-congélateur (1 espace pour chacun), machine à café, bouilloire, vaisselle, ustensiles, etc.

Salon : table en bois massif, 4 chaises, écran plat 4K, canapé, WIFI Internet haut débit avec fibre optique.

Autre : table à repasser, fer à repasser, serviettes.

Concernant les chambres :

Chambre n°1 (11,86m²) : Lit double (140x190) avec literie de qualité (23 cm de profondeur), couette, oreillers, drap-housse, housse de couette fournis, table de chevet et lampe, bureau et placard ( non visibles sur la photo mais sera mis en place pour le 1er septembre). Loyer : 410€ + 85€ de charges ( charges de copropriété, eau chaude, eau froide, électricité, internet).

Chambre n°2 (9,5m²) : Lit double (140x190) avec literie de qualité (23 cm de profondeur), couette, oreillers, drap-housse, housse de couette fournis, table de chevet et lampe, bureau et placard (non visibles sur la photo mais sera mis en place pour le 1er septembre).Loyer : 395€ + 85€ de charges ( charges de copropriété, eau chaude, eau froide, électricité, internet).

Chambre n°3 (13,3m²) : Lit double (140x190) avec literie de qualité (23 cm de profondeur), couette, oreillers, drap-housse, housse de couette fournis, table de chevet et lampe, bureau et placard (non visibles sur la photo mais sera mis en place pour le 1er septembre). Loyer : 440€ + 85€ de charges ( charges de copropriété, eau chaude, eau froide, électricité, internet).

La porte comporte un verrou pour chaque chambre, pour respecter l'intimité et l'espace privatif de chacun.
