Je loue une chambre dans un appartement très spacieux lumineux, entièrement réaménagé et meublé depuis moins d’un an.

Chaque pièce possède de nombreux rangements et les parties communes comportent plusieurs espaces de vie, ce qui rend cet appartement idéal pour la colocation. N’hésitez pas à me contacter pour plus de photos !

Une chambre est libre. Les deux autres chambres sont occupées par un étudiant en alternance (22 ans) et un jeune professionnel (21 ans).

L’appartement comporte :
- 3 chambres avec lits 140x200cm (literie complète : matelas, couette, oreillers), tables de chevet et lampes, bureaux équipés (lampes et chaises) et grands dressings avec miroir
- Grand séjour avec un grand canapé à méridienne, grande télévision (4K, 125cm de diagonale), étagère de rangement et table à manger
- Cuisine équipée (plaques de cuisson, four, frigo, lave-vaisselle, micro-onde, cafetière, bouilloire, grille-pain et toute la vaisselle nécessaire) ouverte sur le séjour avec ilot-bar, grand placard de stockage (nécessaire de ménage inclus, aspirateur, serpillère, balai…)
- Salle de bain avec douche ET baignoire, vasque et miroir
- Toilettes WC séparés
- Lave-linge séchant (étendoir à linge, fer et table à repasser fournis)

Egalement disponible dans la résidence :

- 1 place de parking extérieur sécurisé et privé
