Vous disposerez d’une cuisine équipée ouverte sur un salon salle à manger très lumineux, ainsi que de quatre chambres ou trois chambres et un bureau, une salle de bain avec baignoire et une salle d’eau avec douche et des toilettes à chaque étage. La vaste entrée permet d’envisager un coin bureau ou bien du rangement supplémentaire.

En extérieur vous profiterez d’un salon de jardin ainsi que d’une grande table permettant de profiter des dîners dehors.

Il est possible de stationner plusieurs véhicules dans le jardin et la maison se trouve proche du bus B1 qui se rend à Luminy.
