La cuisine est totalement équipée et l'électroménager est encastré. Le séjour hyper-cosy est équipé d'une grande Smart TV. Un espace repas vous permettra de partager de beaux moment de table sur place. 2 WC, dont un séparé.
Sur demande (et selon disponibilité), pour votre confort vous pourrez demander les accès au local à vélos ou à trottinettes + la cave pour déposer vos valises et éviter ainsi d'encombrer votre chambre. Place de stationnement disponible dans la résidence pour les habitants.
(Co-)Location disponible au mois 30 jours consécutifs minimum via la signature d'un bail mobilité en français ne constituant pas la résidence principale du/des locataire(s).
