Nous avons un Résidence Manager dédié pour chacune de nos maisons, pour répondre à tes questions, soucis, besoins. Il passe plusieurs fois par mois pour s'assurer que tu es bien et organiser des évènements (repas, sport etc)

LES CHARGES INCLUSES DANS LE LOYER

Eau, chauffage, assurance habitation, internet haut débit et ménage des parties communes.

L’électricité sera facturée à hauteur de la conso.

On s'occupe aussi des démarches, tu n'auras rien à faire !

PRIX : À partir de 300€/mois hors charge. Les charges obligatoires sont l'eau, l'électricité, le chauffage, internet, l'assurance habitation : environ 120€/mois
