Superbe colocation entièrement rénovée par architecte d'intérieur sur le thème de la musique.

Toute équipée et située a 2 pas du Cirque Jules Verne dans une rue calme du quartier chic et résidentiel d'Henriville.
La maison est idéalement située, proche des commodités, du centre ville et des Ecoles. Tout est à 10/15mn à pied (gare, facs, centre)

Cette amiénoise typique est entièrement meublée et dispose d’un grand salon avec cuisine ouverte de 30m² mais aussi d'une courette pour déjeuner dehors !
Dans la séjour vous trouverez, une tv avec Freebox et Canal+ séries mais aussi un tourne disque et quelques vinyles !

La cuisine est équipée tout confort avec lave vaisselle, four, four micro-onde, machine à café Nespresso... tout est là pour cuisiner de bons petits plats: mixeur, moule à gâteau, balance, verre doseur etc...

Chacun dispose d'un espace réservé dans les frigos et les placards (parce que le chocolat c'est sacré...)

Coté nuit, chaque locataire dispose de sa propre douche dans sa chambre avec meuble vasque et miroir:
- un lit double (140× 200 cm)
- un bureau
- une penderie
- divers rangements
- connexion Internet par fibre. Une prise RJ45.
Chaque chambre comporte un verrou.

Espace buanderie au sous sol avec machine à laver et sèche linge et fer + table à repasser.

Les charges forfait comprenant l'électricité, le chauffage, l'eau, internet et une prestation de ménage des parties communes régulièrement

Des draps et serviettes sont fournis lors de votre arrivée vous n'avez donc plus qu'à poser vos valises et vous installer... comme à l'hôtel !
