Aux portes de Paris. Venez vous installer dans un appartement spacieux de 80m² et refait à neuf au sein d’une colocation de 4 personnes. Nous sommes 3 jeunes actifs/étudiants et recherchons une 4ème personne pour compléter la colocation. Nous avons 20ans et travaillons en tant qu'apprenti pâtissier, étudiant informatique et en ressourcerie.
Important : colocation très respectueuse, calme, propre. DISPONIBLE DES MAINTENANT

💶 TARIFS
- 594€ de loyer charges comprises / chambre. Le loyer est de 500€ et les charges de 94€ en all inclusive : électricité, eau chaude, eau froide, internet, et même assurance habitation ! Vous avez juste à vous installer.
- La caution (dépôt de garantie) est de 1000 €, soit deux mois de loyer.
- Le logement est éligible aux aides au logement et garatie VISALE
