Nous mettons à votre disposition un logement totalement équipé. Une cuisine ( frigo, four, micro onde...), buanderie, TV écran plan avec accès internet (Wifi, Netflix) inclus.
Aujourd'hui, vous recherchez une colocation reposante où vous pouvez vous sentir bien chez vous. Vous avez besoin de vous investir dans votre premier emploi ou votre stage.
En tant que propriétaires, nous désirons que les colocataires se sentent bien en réduisant les sources de tensions et de stress inutiles. Vous aurez un bail pour les APL. Vous aurez un vrai coin salon pour jouir d'un espace de vie agréable. L'appartement est spacieux et le nombre d'occupants est limité à 4 maximum (pas de couple). Le lave-vaisselle et le lave-linge sont bien entretenus.
