Nous mettons en colocation 4 chambres d'un appartement de 92m², situé au 3ème étage (sans ascenseur). Duplex avec en bas une chambre avec terrasse, le salon, la cuisine. En haut il y a 3 chambres, une terrasse commune et une salle de bain/toilette.

RER A, station Noisiel à 5 minutes à pied, il dessert Paris en moins de 20 minutes et Disney en 15 minutes.
Autoroutes A4 / A104 proche de l'appartement.

2 boulangeries et un carrefour market à moins de 5 minutes et un super U à 15 minutes (à pied).
