Appartement situé au 4e étage d'un immeuble à 5 min de la gare de Noisiel (RER A). Quartier paisible proche de commerces et de divertissements.

Nous recherchons un profil qui puisse s’accommoder à l’ambiance conviviale de la colocation, de préférence étudiant ou jeune salarié.

L’appartement se compose de 4 chambres réparties sur deux étages, un grand séjour, une cuisine, 2 salles d’eau (une par étage), 1 WC et plusieurs espaces de rangement.

Situé à cinq minutes à pied de la gare de Noisiel (RER A), vous pourrez facilement vous déplacer pour vous rendre à Paris, à l’université Gustave Eiffel, à différents centres commerciaux ou encore au parc Disneyland Paris.

L’appartement est équipé de :
- Wifi (fibre optique)
- TV connectée
- Cuisine équipée (plaques à gaz, four, frigo, micro-ondes, lave vaisselle)
- Équipement de ménage et d’entretien : serpillière, aspirateur, etc.
