Colocation étudiante de 4 chambres remise à neuf proche de Luminy. L'appartement dispose d'une vue imprenable sur la mer et toute la ville.
Il est entièrement équipé: lits, bureaux, chaises, tables de chevet et luminaires dans chacune des chambres; frigo, machine à laver, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, four, machine a café dans la cuisine; table à manger, chaises, canapé, table basse, télévision dans le salon.
L'appartement dispose également d'une box WiFi pour pouvoir travailler correctement. La résidence est très calme et propre.

Les universités situées à Luminy sont facilement joignables par le bus qui passe au pied de la résidence. Le centre-ville est également facilement joignable par les bus qui vous déposent à l'arrêt Ste Marguerite Dromel d'où part le métro.
