Chambre à louer à l'étage de notre maison. Entrée indépendante. Cour fermée où vous pourrez garer votre véhicule. Chambre avec kitchenette toute équipée ainsi que le côté chambre doté d'un lit en 160 et de quelques meubles (armoire, meuble d'appoint) couette, oreillers, draps et serviettes de toilette fournis - Accès Wifi gratuit - Télévision - salle de bain séparée de la chambre ainsi que les toilettes - à partager avec le locataire d'une deuxième chambre sur le même palier
Notre logement se situe à 18 km de l'université d'Orléans La Source soit à 25 mn en voiture ou 1h en transport en commun - 9 km du centre d'Orléans soit 27 mn en voiture ou 45 mn en transport en commun - Ne pas hésiter à me demander si besoin d'information plus précise en fonction du lieu d'étude. Arrêt de bus à 300 mètres de la maison et Tram à 3 km.
