Une place se libère dans la colocation 50 km au sud de Paris. Je loue des chambres meublées dans un pavillon à Dammarie-lès-Lys, sud de MELUN, secteur Château Gaillard. Accès libre à la cuisine, la salle d'eau, la laverie et le jardin. Quartier résidentiel calme : bien desservi par les transports en commun : bus (arrêts Charles Prieur et La Justice) et RER D (Melun), proche de la forêt de Fontainebleau et des centres commerciaux (Leclerc et Carrefour). Les autres chambres sont occupées par de jeunes salariés CSP +, ambiance « éco-responsable, calme et sportive ». Les charges comprises sont : eau, chauffage, électricité + WIFI. Idéal pour étudiant (Fac de Melun, SAFRAN de Villaroche ou Corbeil, INSEAD de Fontainebleau) ou mutation professionnelle, accès WIFI dans tout le logement. Contrat individuel de location meublée. APL possible. Animaux admis dans le jardin. Espace intérieur non-fumeur. Me contacter par messagerie uniquement en journée : merci de vous présenter : âge, situation professionnelle (lieu et nom de votre employeur, situation personnelle, lieu de résidence actuel, durée de location souhaitée, etc). Une visite du logement est impérative afin de faire connaissance : inutile de me contacter si vous n'êtes pas en capacité de vous déplacer physiquement et personnellement pour visiter le logement.
