Résidence Châteaux Brûloirs -> Très recherchée sur Cergy-Préfecture !

Nous louons deux chambres dans une colocation de 4 chambres dans la résidence des Châteaux Brûloirs - La Croix Saint - Sylvère. Il s’agit d’une résidence calme, arborée et sécurisée avec gardien, à moins de 5 min de l'Essec et des écoles d’ingénieurs (EISTI, ECAM-EPMI, Université, ...) et 10 min à pied de Cergy Préfecture et du centre-ville. Résidence très recherchée sur Cergy-Préfecture !

La colocation se situe dans un grand appartement au 1er étage avec ascenseur, refait à neuf il y a quelques mois, meublé et entièrement équipé, avec chauffage collectif. L’appartement dispose d’une entrée, une grande cuisine avec balcon et deux salles de bain. De plus, une femme de ménage passe tous les 15 jours pour nettoyer les parties communes.

La première chambre (chambre verte - 11m) est à louer
La deuxième chambre (chambre bleue - 13m) dispose d’un balcon

Les deux locataires actuels sont deux étudiants ingénieurs très sympathiques et sérieux.
