L'appartement dispose d'une grande cuisine, entièrement équipée avec espace repas, lave vaisselle, réfrigérateur / congélateur.

Les trois salles de bains (une en bas et deux à l'étage), toutes équipées de la même manière avec cabine de douche, meuble-vasque et sèche-serviettes chauffant,
L'appartement comprend également deux WC séparés (un à chaque étage) ainsi qu'une machine à laver et un sèche linge.

Un parking gratuit est disponible à proximité de l'appartement.
