Description of the accommodation

Un grand appartement de 4 chambres se libère dans le bâtiment "Country Club" à 100m du campus Alma/UCLouvain.

Très bel emplacement, proximité des transports, vue dégagée sans vis-à-vis. Il a été entièrement rénové en 2022 et dispose de 4 belles chambres, 2 salles de bains séparées (douche + bain) avec deux toilettes, une cuisine full-équipée neuve, frigo américain, deux balcons à l'avant et à l'arrière, et un grand salon.

Des wasserettes sont à disposition partout dans l'immeuble. Une grande piscine intérieure privée et chauffée est accessible toute l'année pour les occupants (exceptionnel à Bruxelles) + terrain de tennis extérieur.

90€ provision charges (co-propriété + eau) et bail de 2 ans. L'électricité / internet sont séparés et aux noms des futures locataires.
