Nouvelle Colocation (en bail individuel) de 4 chambres dans une maison très lumineuse de 120 m² à Tourcoing-centre juste derrière l’hôtel de ville ; dans une rue calme et agréable. Cette maison a été entièrement rénovée .
A votre disposition une pièce de vie commune d’environ 40 m² (salon ; salle à manger) une grande cuisine et une terrasse commune. Il y a 4 belles chambres de 12 à 16 m² très bien équipées et réparties sur 2 niveaux. Elle dispose de 2 salles d’eau et 2 WC. Une connexion fibre Wifi très haut débit dessert toute la maison. On trouve un parking gratuit au début de la rue.

Hôtel de ville; Conservatoire de Musique ; Musée des beaux arts Supermarché Auchan, pharmacie, boulangerie, boucherie, restauration, garage, coiffeur….
Transports:
-5 minutes à pied du métro «Tourcoing centre » (ligne 2 rouge vers Roubaix/ Lille centre/ Lambersart) ; ligne de Bus n°8 ; Ligne de tramway T vers Lille.
-10 minutes à pied Gare de Tourcoing (qui vous emmène à Roubaix; Lille ; Gand.....)
-3 minutes à pied station de vélo V’lille (rue de la Cloche)
