Elle est située à 15 mn à pied du vieux port ! Ligne de bus et commerce à proximité ! J’habite avec 2 colocataires ! Nous partageons les parties communes ( cuisine, SDB et WC ) . La location est disponible fin novembre TOUT COMPRIS Vous avez accès à tout l’équipement nécessaire dans la maison ! La chambre est équipée d’un grand lit à eau , un portique et un bureau ! Si vous êtes respectueux , propre et jovial, vous passerez un agréable moment avec nous ! Vous aurez un contrat d’établi et une quittance de loyer ! Un contact téléphonique, voir une visio , si vous ne pouvez pas vous déplacer afin de faire connaissance ! N’hésitez pas si vous avez des questions ! Cordialement Greg
