In the heart of CERGY, 15 minutes from higher education establishments such as CY CERGY PARIS UNIVERSITY, CY CERGY PARIS IUT, CY EPSS, CY ILEPS, CY TECH, EBI, ECAM-EPMI, ENSEA and HOLISTÉA, and from the centre and RER A - CERGY PRÉFECTURE.

Our 86 equipped apartments, from studio to T5, are composed of a living room (except studio and T2), a fully equipped kitchen, shower(s) and toilet(s). To make the living environment more pleasant, a large park, a TV lounge equipped with canal + and a fitness room are proposed. Also available: laundry and covered space for 2 wheels.

Minimum stay of 10 months, from September 1st to June 30th with the possibility of extension in July and August. The management of the residence is under the responsibility of the Institut Polytechnique UniLaSalle, a non-profit higher education establishment. As such, the accommodation is reserved for the sole benefit of higher education students.
