PREBAC 2025 offer: free September rent

September rent is 100% free for Nexity Studéa residences in the following cities: Angers / Amiens / Montpellier / Clermont Ferrand / Grenoble / Perpignan / Rouen / Tours / Valenciennes / Villeneuve d'Ascq / and the Studéa Novalille residence. Eligibility conditions: - Subscription to a standard or multiple-unit rental contract with an effective date before July 4, 2025. - Offer valid from April 9, 2025 to June 2, 2025. - The client must return a coupon to benefit from the offer. It must be sent by email with acknowledgment of receipt before July 20, 2025 inclusive to the following address: RESA-STUDEA@nexity.fr + Subject of the email: COUPON OFFER SEPTEMBER The coupon must be sent separately from the rental agreement by email by the client, otherwise the client will not be eligible for the offer. NO COUPON MUST BE GIVEN TO RESIDENCE MANAGERS. - In the event of failure of the exam, the client must notify the Residence Manager by phone or email as soon as the results are released for a refund (with a tolerance until July 9, 2025 inclusive). - If the client does not respond before July 9, 2025 inclusive, we will consider that the client has passed their exam. The rental agreement will therefore be active and we will proceed with the accounting registration of their file. - If the tenant vacates their accommodation before the six-month rental period, the September rent, offered as part of this offer, will be re-invoiced by Nexity Studéa upon the tenant's departure. - This offer cannot be combined with any other Nexity Studéa offer, with the exception of the referral offer and one-off commercial offers.
