The rental agreement will therefore be active, and we will proceed with the accounting record of the client's file. - If the tenant vacates their accommodation before the 6-month rental period, the September rent, offered as part of this offer, will be re-invoiced by Nexity Studéa upon the tenant's departure. - This offer cannot be combined with any other Nexity Studéa offer, with the exception of the referral offer and one-off commercial offers.
