50% September rent reduction for Nexity Studéa residences in the following cities: Nice (excluding opening hours) / Sophia Antipolis / Lyon / Bron / Villeurbanne / Bordeaux / Mérignac / Talence / Cenon Eligibility requirements: - Subscription to a standard or multiple-tenant rental agreement with an effective date before July 4, 2025 inclusive. - Offer valid from April 9, 2025 to June 2, 2025 inclusive. - The client must return a coupon to benefit from the offer. It must be sent by email with acknowledgment of receipt before July 20, 2025 inclusive to the following address: RESA-STUDEA@nexity.fr + Email subject: SEPTEMBER OFFER COUPON The coupon must be sent separately from the rental agreement by the client, otherwise the client will not be eligible for the offer. NO COUPON SHOULD BE GIVEN TO RESIDENCE MANAGERS. - In the event of failure of the exam, the client must notify the Residence Manager by telephone or email as soon as the results are released for a refund (with a grace period up to and including July 9, 2025). - If the client does not respond before July 9, 2025, we will consider the client to have passed the exam. The rental agreement will therefore be active, and we will proceed with the accounting record of the client's file. - If the tenant vacates their accommodation before the six-month rental period, the September rent, offered as part of this offer, will be re-invoiced by Nexity Studéa upon the tenant's departure. - This offer cannot be combined with any other Nexity Studéa offer, with the exception of the referral offer and one-off commercial offers.
