Our new Athena residence will open its doors on 19 August 2024. Located in an ideal setting close to the universities, this modern residence covers an area of 7,500 m², offering 312 private homes and exceptional communal areas, arranged over five floors. It is the result of 5 years of renovation to make it one of the jewels in the crown of the Plateau de Saclay.
A residence manager is on hand every day to support you and meet your needs.

Our rents include all charges for your accommodation: water, electricity, gas, internet and home insurance. All our properties are eligible for APL.
A support service is available throughout your stay if you have any questions, as well as a 100% digital tenant area where you can retrieve your documents.
