The Hacker residence offers 122 apartments from studios to T2. The accommodations all have an equipped kitchen (fridge, ceramic hob, microwave, extractor and storage) and a lounge area, a sleeping area, an office area with plenty of storage space, and a private bathroom. As for the T2, they have a living room and a separate bedroom. All apartments are bright, comfortable and have a modern decoration.
At UXCO, the customer experience is their priority. You will be able to take advantage of large common areas including: coworking areas with a meeting room and a reprography area, an equipped fitness area, a collaborative kitchen, a connected laundromat and a Chill area with arcade machine and table football.

A full range of services will be made available to you. You will have access to: a high-speed wifi internet connection, a laundromat, private and secure parking, a shared kitchen, bicycle storage, etc.

On each residence, a manager will be available to help you and guide you in this experience. A real householder, he will be there to accompany you, from the visit of your accommodation to your departure.
