Our student residence in Nice offers student accommodation which are studios of 19 m² for 1 person, T1 of 25 to 27m² for 1 or 2 persons and T2 of 30 m² for 1 or 2 persons. Several living spaces organize your apartments. They have all been designed for your comfort and success. The office area will allow you to study in the best conditions; the kitchen area will be the means to revitalize you; the night area will allow you to rest and finally the bathroom area will be there for you to take care of yourself. The T2 apartments also have a bedroom furnished with a double bed and a bedside table.
Quality services are an integral part of the Vauban residence. We take care of your comfort and do everything necessary to make your daily life easier. To do this, we offer you first of all a high-speed internet connection. We also offer all our tenants common areas where you can work or have a good time. We can also lend you household appliances if you need them and collect all your parcels. For your security, we have installed a video surveillance system. Access control by badges is necessary to enter the residence. In addition, all apartments have an intercom. Finally, for an additional charge, you can have access to a parking space and use the self-service laundry.
