The residence offers you a privileged living environment, in the immediate vicinity of the Interdisciplinary University Centre dedicated to Digital Technology, the Law Courts, the School of Fine Arts, the Graphic Arts Centre, the banks of the Loire and numerous shops and restaurants.

The 6-storey building offers 140 fully furnished and equipped, spacious and very bright apartments.
