The apartments (studio, T2 Duplex or T3) are bright and carefully designed by our designer and are fully furnished and equipped to offer you comfort and well-being. Each apartment has a kitchenette, a sleeping area (or one or two private bedrooms for the T2 and T3), an office area and a private bathroom (two for the T3).
The residence also offers large common areas, designed to create real moments of exchange and sharing between residents. Designed and colourful, they include: a fully equipped communal kitchen, chill out & coworking areas, a fitness area and a laundry room.
In addition to your fully equipped apartment, we want to pamper you with a full range of services and benefits: internet connection, laundromat with dryer, private parking, loan of appliances, delivery of Suit'Dej, cleaning services...
Finally, the residence manager, is there to give you all the advice you need. She also organizes events throughout the year to give rhythm to the life of the residence and allow students to meet and share unforgettable moments.
