KOSY Appart'hôtels Art & Facts your residence a few steps away from the ARTEM Campus (ICN Business School of Nancy, Mines, ENSA) and close to the Lycée Chopin, the Sciences Campus, STAPS but also the city center.

The residence offers 115 apartments ranging from 18m² studios to 32m² one-bedroom apartments. All the apartments are fully furnished and equipped to ensure optimal living comfort:
- Bedding for 1 to 2 people + sofa bed depending on the type of accommodation (bedding is provided with a fortnightly change)
- Storage cupboard
- Complete kitchenette (hob, sink, fridge, microwave, crockery, storage units)
- 1 table, 1 desk, 2 to 4 chairs
- Bathroom and WC
- Fiber optic Internet connection, as well as a telephone and television socket.
- Laundry with shared washing machine and dryer
