Our multilingual team is available 6 days a week by phone, email or chat. In France, it is difficult to rent without a guarantor who meets the renter's requirements. If necessary, Studapart in partnership with Allianz can act as guarantor for you and become your guarantor during the whole rental period. There are many steps that come with finding a new housing. An RIB or Relevé d’Identité Bancaire is a French bank document which details the coordinates of your bank branch and account. If you have an IBAN, it works as well.
Most recent bill (electricity, telephone, etc…). Make sure the bill isn’t dated more than 3 months ago.
